Research Finds Around Rochester - Seneca Art and Culture Center

If you have Native American DNA or are interested in the history of our area and the Native Americans who lived here, there’s no better place to visit than Ganondagan State Historic Site. Located at 7000 County Road 41 in the town of Victor on the original site of a Seneca town, the 569 acres boast beautiful walking trails, a reconstructed 17th century Seneca Longhouse, and the Seneca Art and Culture Center.  Visit the Center to learn about the stories of the Seneca and Haudenosaunee and their many contributions to art, culture, and society. The Center is open year-round on Wednesday through Saturday from 9 – 4. The Longhouse is only open May 1st to Oct 31st. A small admission fee is charged to visit the Center but the grounds are free.
